Details / Significance

Site of two-storey brick bond store built in 1888. Demolished 1932. Substantial footings likely to have survived in landscaped area.

Heritage Inventory Significance: Unusual building in dock area and historically significant. recommended watching brief during initial stages of any redevelopment.
